We love talking about our home country and even more so eating the food that is probably the most widely eaten cuisine around the world. Even though we are British we still eat at Indian restaurants and thought let’s take a little piece of our homeland with us around the UK and have fun through the appreciation for some good home cooked munch so we formed Chilli Express!
We created a home special and went about selling it at a local food market and quickly found that there was a huge interest in what we are doing. We tried our food at new markets and quickly found that the demand was high but not just for the for our unique Tandoori Chicken and Lamb Burgers, but for all the other amazing dishes offered by the art of Indian cooking. On our first day within an hour “That was one of the best burgers I have ever had”
“Chilli Express was born”
There are a lot Indian food places out there but few have that home cooked feel about them. With our unique blend of spices and herbs, our dishes are authentic and yummy, just how the traditional Indian munch should taste. We only use ingredients and meat sourced fairly and create an awesome range of Burgers, Biryanis, Curries as well as a host of other finger licking dishes.
